Located in NW Hillsdale County on the banks of the St. Joe river and minutes from the borders of Calhoun and Jackson counties is where you’ll find this opportunity to own such an amazing property that the owners have worked for decades to create! Catfish Acres is an ongoing working facility where people come from all over the Midwest to fish for world-class catfish, some of which are in excess of 50 lbs and higher, camp here, swim in the St. Joe River, or whatever else a family can enjoy on a secluded 49 acres in the country area of southern Michigan.
There are four one-room cabins that each contain electrical power and four bunks and there is the camp store building that contains all the necessities for a camping/fishing weekend. Ice, pop, snacks, bait, etc. and there is also another small building behind the store that houses equipment. Picnic areas that are both covered or open also with electrical hook ups.
